World Economic Forum 2009

The World Economic Forum was founded by Dr. Klaus Schwab. It started 37 years ago and it deals with political and economical issues. The World Economic Forum has its headquarters in Davos, Switzerland. All people from different walks of life and debate about problems that our world is facing. The World Economic Forum is an efficient meeting, but it has done very little about exposing human rights problems in developing countries, dictatorship in Africa and around the world, corrupted leaders who are unable to lead their countries to the road of progress and the role of religion in politics. It also focuses on the global warming and what solutions we can find so that we can develop our economies and respect the worth of nature. According to Dr. Klaus Schwab it's more than just a conference, it is life, art, culture. Sometimes, I think it is a good idea, but governments who don't learn from the WEF, they have to step out of their bloody seats and leave them to those who want to lifts their countries up. Terrorism is also in the agenda of the WEF and it is a big problem in our world because some people cannot just seem to accept that freedom and democracy are not negotiable. Terrorists don't know anything about economical reforms which can benefit their societies. The only thing they know is violence and destruction and they seem to play the victims all the time. Every single misery of their lives is blamed by the West and others. It's important that we let them know that our freedom, our ways of life , our prosperity is non negotiable and we're not going to apologize for it. If they want to be offended, they can stay offended for the rest of their lives.It's their problem, not ours. I hope that this year's World Economic Forum will benefit everyone in a balanced way. Let's debate for solutions so that we can overcome this international crisis.
